Genuine Surron DC voltage converter for the Ultra Bee, supplied as a direct replacement for the factory-installed unit.

The DC converter steps the bike’s high-voltage battery supply down to 12V, providing the correct low-voltage power for the Ultra Bee’s lighting, horn and other auxiliary electrical systems.

What does the DC converter power?

The converter supplies the Ultra Bee’s low-voltage systems, including equipment such as:

• Headlight
• Tail and brake lights
• Horn
• Indicators on equipped models
• Other factory 12V electrical systems

Possible signs of a converter fault

• Headlight, tail light or horn not operating
• Multiple 12V accessories failing at the same time
• Intermittent operation of low-voltage electrical equipment
• No 12V output despite the high-voltage system being available

Please note: These symptoms can also be caused by a blown fuse, damaged wiring, poor connector contact or another electrical fault. Proper diagnosis is recommended before replacing the converter.

Stock replacement - not a high-output upgrade

This is a standard factory replacement converter intended to restore the Ultra Bee’s original 12V electrical supply. It is not designed as a high-output upgrade for running additional high-current lights or accessories beyond the bike’s standard electrical capacity.

Installation

The converter uses factory-style plug connections, but installation involves working around the Ultra Bee’s high-voltage electrical system. Professional installation is strongly recommended.

The battery and high-voltage system must be safely isolated before any electrical work is carried out. After installation, all connectors, wiring and 12V systems should be tested before the bike is ridden.
