Shock Moto Limited Warranty

This genuine OEM Surron Light Bee X controller is backed by a 12-month Shock Moto Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

As this controller is sourced directly through our international supply chain, it is not covered by the Surron New Zealand manufacturer warranty. Instead, Shock Moto provides its own warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, water ingress, electrical faults from other components, misuse, modification or crash damage. Customers are responsible for returning the controller to Shock Moto for assessment. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the controller and reimburse reasonable return freight costs.
